- We do not accept refund requests, only exchange or store credit would be accepted.
- Any item with an adjusted price(discount price) may not be returned or exchanged.
- Contact our customer service via mail(firstname.lastname@example.org) with (a) your order number, (b) desired items to exchange and (c) the exchange reason, to get an authorization to exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we received the items.
- For international orders, items that you wish to exchange must be arrived at our office within 14 days of delivery to you.
- For orders from HK, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, items that you wish to exchange must be arrived at our office within 7 days of delivery to you.
- All items must be in its original condition, without fragrance and make-up residue, unworn and unwashed.
- All tags must be attached on all exchange items.
- Due to hygienic matters, items including but not limited to swimwear, bodysuits, sunglasses, bags, jewelry, headbands, hats, underwear, hosiery, belts, shoes, socks - may NOT be returned or exchanged.
- Beauty products including but not limited to lips, eyes, skincare, mask packs are non-refundable if seal is broken.
- Home products including but not limited to blankets, candles, kitchen supplies, etc. should be in its original condition for a refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Defective or wrong items must be claimed, with images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags attached.
- Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
We are not responsible for any extra charges including tax and process fee.
